Manufactured in Canada by GSCI, ITAR-free, exportable TI-GEAR-M Multi-Purpose Thermal Imaging Scopes represents one of the tightest thermal technology packages on the market today.
Available is a variety of configurations, some weighing less than 13 ounces, the TI-GEAR-M's 50Hz thermal sensor generates incredibly smooth imaging. Two thermal engine reslutions, 384x288 pixels and 640x480 pixels, and a variety of lens sets are availailable depending on your viewing range budget requirements.
Coupled to a full-sized 0.6-inch 800x600 pixel AMOLED viewing screen these scopes are ideal for applications requiring long-range, fatigue-free surveillance sessions over large active scanning areas.
Tripod mountable with a 2X and 4X digital zoom, viewing sessions can be ported to an available digital recorder using the included video-out cable. Powered by a pair of standard AA batteries for up to 7-hours, there's no need for expensive, proprietary battery packs. Moreover, external power can be easily supplied from standard 12VDC car accessory outlets or inexpensive off-the-shelf cell phone power banks.
Fully waterproof to an IP66 standard, the scopes are equipped with digital Stadiametric Rangefinders, eight (8) digital reticle patterns and selectible white-hot and black-hot color palettes to optimize the viewing screen to prevailing conditions.
As a true multi-purpose scope, the TI-GEAR-M can be optioned up with a variety of available accessories, including a J-arm adapter for helmet and head mount applications, a full assortment of weapon mounts and an interchangeable eyepiece to permit clip-on attachment to virtually any hunting day scope.
